This place is a bit different because we are out in Kinwat, specifically at Post Penda. It is a quieter area compared to the big cities, but we stay just as busy. Being an ENT focused spot as well, we see a lot of specific cases related to that. The people who come here are often from the surrounding villages or the local Tq area. We know a lot of them by name because it’s that kind of community. The staff is local too, so there is a lot of catching up on news while we work. We don’t have a corporate office feel at all. It’s more like a local hub where people know they can find us. The building is simple and serves its purpose. We spend our days checking ears, noses, and throats, and handling the general hospital duties too. Sometimes the power goes out or the supply truck is late, but we just adapt. Life in Kinwat has its own pace, and we follow that. We don't use big words or make grand claims. We just provide a place for people to come when they aren't feeling well. The paperwork is done by hand sometimes, and we keep things as organized as we can. It’s honest work in a small town, and we are glad to be the ones doing it here in Penda. We just keep our heads down and do the job that needs doing every day.
