We are based right inside the Hotel R. R building on Sathi Road. If you know Gandhipuram, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. We’ve been running Parveen Holidays Cbe from this spot for a bit. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, taking calls, and trying to figure out bus timings or hotel bookings for people. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times we’re just sitting here watching the traffic go by on Sathi Road. It’s a busy part of town, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re already near the hotel. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space with some maps on the wall and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to make sure everything lines up. It's not always easy because things change fast, but we do what we can. Usually, someone is always popping in to ask about a trip or a bus seat. We try to keep things simple. No complicated talk, just telling people what’s available. It’s a decent place to work, even if the noise from the street gets a bit loud in the afternoons. We’re just local people helping other locals get where they need to go. There isn't much to it beyond that. We keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in.
