Zydus Foundation

Most people in Ahmedabad recognize the Zydus Tower. It’s a huge landmark right there on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway. We work from an office inside, situated by the Stellite Cross Roads. Even though the building looks very formal from the street, inside our unit, things are much more ordinary. We are just a small group of people working on foundation projects day in and day out. The commute along the highway can be quite a struggle in the morning, but once we are at our desks, we focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy reports. Usually, we just sit around the table with our tea and figure out what needs to be done for the week. The office has a lot of windows, so we get plenty of light, which is nice. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over various project files. It’s not glamorous work, but it feels important to us. We try to keep our expenses low so we don't have the newest furniture or anything like that. We just make do with what we have. It’s a busy spot in the city, but we try to keep our workspace calm. We aren't here to make a big name for ourselves, just to do the work that comes our way every single morning while watching the city move outside.
