You can find us at 858 Kothari Industrial Estate in Santej. It is a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have. The estate is quite large and there are plenty of other companies around us doing all sorts of manufacturing. We mostly stick to ourselves and focus on the pharma stuff we handle. The building is solid and we have been using it for a good long time. Usually, the day starts pretty early when the first shift arrives and starts checking the machines. Santej can get a bit quiet in the evenings once everyone leaves, which is a nice change from the hectic mornings. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or marketing because we are too busy keeping up with the schedule. The work we do is practical and requires a lot of attention to detail, so we try to keep distractions to a minimum. Most of the staff here knows exactly what they are doing without having to be told twice. We eat our lunch together and talk about regular stuff like cricket or the weather.
