At Zera India Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of A-47 in Section 25 of the Gidc Electronics Estate. It is a dedicated area for technology companies, so we are surrounded by similar businesses. Our space is divided between the assembly area and a few desks for the administrative side of things. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a functional setup in the estate. We deal with various electronic components and systems. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though you can hear the hum of the test equipment throughout the day. We have a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. It gets a bit cramped when a large shipment of parts arrives, and we have to stack boxes in the hallway for a day or two until we can sort through them. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our clients come to us because they need specific technical help. We spend a lot of time on our computers and at the workstations. The lighting is bright to help with the precision work, which can be a bit tiring on the eyes by five o'clock. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon to stretch our legs. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on getting the technical details right. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the workflow steady and the quality where it needs to be for the clients.
