If you find yourself over by Samundipuram near the Gandhi Nagar Post, you’ll come across our place at No. 24/Eb Colony. Visa Export isn't a fancy office building with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just where we handle all our shipping and paperwork for the goods we send out. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us well. Usually, there are boxes being moved or someone is on the phone checking on a container at the port. It gets a bit hectic when a big order is due to go out, and we all end up staying late to make sure the labels are right. We don't have a big marketing team or a reception desk. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door if you knock. We focus on the practical side of things, like packing stuff properly so it doesn't break and making sure the customs forms are filled out correctly. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of typing on old computers. The office is tucked away in the colony, so it stays fairly quiet unless we have a truck coming in to load up. We’ve learned through trial and error how to get things from here to wherever they need to go. We keep things simple and just try to do right by the people we work with every day.
