Our business is based out of C-35 in the Gajanan Park Society, right across from Shivanjli Society in Manjalpur, Baroda. We have been working in this part of Gujarat for quite a long time now. We mainly deal with making seats for various purposes. It is a manufacturing unit, so it is not like a retail shop where everything is on display. It can get quite noisy with the machines running and the smell of fabric and foam is always around. We have a team of people who have been with us for years. They know how to put together a sturdy seat that lasts. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy corporate office. Most of our business comes from long-standing contracts and people who know the quality of the work we do. The office is tucked away in the society area, which is a bit unusual for a factory, but it works for us. We keep things pretty straightforward. If a customer needs a specific type of seating, we look at the requirements and see what can be done. It is a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure that when someone sits down, the seat is comfortable and won't break. The paperwork stays on the old wooden desks and we mostly communicate by phone or in person. The delivery trucks sometimes have a hard time finding the entrance because the signs are small.
