We are over at Ugati Corporate, in Shop No. 127. It’s right near Swagat Reinforest - 1 in the Kudasan area. If you know Gandhinagar, you know this part of town is always moving. Our shop is on the upper ground floor, and it’s usually full of folders, passports, and a lot of different forms. People come to us when they are thinking about moving abroad or studying in another country. It’s a lot of talking and explaining how the different processes work. We aren't a big, slick agency with a hundred employees. It’s just a small team of us sitting at our desks, answering phones and trying to keep track of all the rules that seem to change every week. The office gets a bit messy with all the stacks of paper, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for updates. Outside, the Kudasan traffic is always humming, and there are people coming and going from the other shops in the complex. We like it here because it’s a central spot and people can easily drop by after work. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just a few chairs and some old magazines. It’s a straightforward, busy little office where we just get on with the job of helping people get their paperwork in order. We've been here for a while and know the area well.
