Trident Pro Life Care Pvt. Ltd. is based out of unit 161 in Gidcranasan. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too flashy about it. We have been here for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend our time managing healthcare products and making sure they get to the right people. It’s mostly just a group of us who have known each other for years. We don't have big meetings or long presentations about goals. We just show up in the morning, see what orders came in, and get to work. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break and talk about the cricket scores or the weather. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some good fans. We aren't the kind of company that puts out fancy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for a long time and know the ropes. If someone has a question, they just call and talk to one of us directly. No automated phone menus or anything like that. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s how we like it. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the inventory is right. That’s enough to keep us busy from morning till evening.
