TP SQUARE REALITY LLP

TP SQUARE REALITY LLP is based in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. We are in the Swagat Infrastructure 2 building, specifically in office A-102. Gandhinagar is a bit quieter than Ahmedabad, but this area is developing quite fast. Our office is easy to get to, and there is usually enough parking space nearby. We have a simple layout with some desks and a small table for when people come to visit. Much of our day is spent looking at maps of the Kudasan area and updating our property lists. It’s not a fancy place, just a room where we can focus on the job. We often have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on the computer. The building itself is well-maintained, but our office is definitely a working space with papers and files scattered around. We handle a variety of real estate tasks and try to stay on top of the local market changes. Sometimes we go out to visit sites in the afternoon, so the office might be empty for a couple of hours. We aren't a big corporation, just a few people trying to run a business. Most of our clients are locals who know the Swagat buildings well. It’s a straightforward setup that works for us and the people we deal with on a daily basis. The commute here is usually smooth, and we really like the vibe of this neighborhood lately.
