Texmech Engineering is situated at Ff-25 in the Kishan Dayal Market. We are right on Naroda Road, very close to the fruit market. If you know the area, you know it’s always lively and there’s always the smell of fresh produce nearby. Our shop is on the first floor, which keeps us slightly above the main bustle of the market floor. It’s a loud area, with vendors calling out and vehicles honking, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside our space, it’s all about engineering. We have tools and parts scattered around, and there’s usually a project in some stage of completion on the workbench. It’s a gritty, hands-on kind of environment. We don’t worry about keeping the floors spotless because that’s not really possible with the kind of work we do. We wear work clothes and don’t mind getting our hands dirty. The market setting means we see a lot of different people every day. We might grab a quick snack from a street vendor for lunch. It’s a very local way of life. We’ve been at this Naroda Road location for a long time. People know where to find us when they need something fixed or fabricated. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just look at the problem and try to find a mechanical solution that works. It’s a practical, straightforward life here in the market, just fixing things.
