Sujata Universal

Our place, Sujata Universal, is at 11 Asha Nagar, right near the Gandhi Nagar Post office. It’s a decent area, mostly residential but with a few businesses like ours tucked away. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time. It’s a simple setup, nothing too modern. We handle a variety of things here, hence the name. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in. It can get a bit dusty since the road outside is always being worked on. We have a small team, mostly local people from around Gandhi Nagar. We don’t really do much advertising; people mostly find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. The back room is where we store most of the items, and the front is where we handle the desk work. It’s a lot of writing in ledgers and answering the phone. Sometimes the phone lines go down when it rains hard, which is frustrating. We aren't a big corporation, just a local business trying to make a living. The tea stall down the street is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when we have big shipments coming through. We know the postman well since we are so close to the post office. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs every day. No big surprises here at all.
