Subha Jeevan Women Future Foundation

We are tucked away in B-Krubha Apartment, right in the Gandhi Nagar area near MIET. If you know where the Gundur Airport is, we are pretty close to that. Subha Jeevan Women Future Foundation started because we saw a lot of women in our neighborhood who needed a hand with things. It’s not like those big charities you see on TV with glass buildings and fancy suits. We’re just a small team sitting in a flat with some plastic chairs and a lot of heart for what we do. Honestly, some days it’s just me and a couple of neighbors trying to figure out the paperwork. We spend a lot of time talking to the ladies who live around here. They come in for a chat or when they need help with something specific. It gets a bit crowded sometimes in the apartment when we have a few people over at once. We don't really have a big plan or a fancy office setup. We just take it one day at a time and see who needs help. Gandhi Nagar is a busy place. Being near the college means there’s always something going on outside our door. We like being part of the local community like this. It feels more real than being in some corporate park somewhere else. We’ve been here for a bit now. People are starting to know our name. It’s a good feeling to be useful.
