Simandhar Swami Jagatkalyan Foundation

We are located right behind the Dadabhagwan Mandir in Adalaj. It’s a very calm area, and being at Sundaram-2 in Sector-2 puts us right in the middle of the local community. The Simandhar Swami Jagatkalyan Foundation has been around for a bit, and we mostly focus on things related to the temple and helping out around here. If you know the Adalaj area, you know it’s a bit of a trek from the main part of Gandhinagar, but it’s worth it. Our office is on the fifth floor, room 502. The elevator is sometimes a bit slow, but the view is okay. We spend our mornings getting things ready for whatever is happening at the mandir or organizing small local projects. It isn't a high-tech operation. We have a couple of old computers and some plastic chairs for when visitors stop by. We try to keep things organized, but when there’s a big festival, everything gets a bit chaotic. That’s just part of life in Gujarat. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who care about the work. We mostly just talk to people and see where help is needed. It’s practical work. No one is trying to be a corporate boss here. We just want to do our part for the foundation and the people who live nearby. It's a quiet life but we stay busy with the daily chores and temple events.
