You can find us at Shop No 1 in Gitanjali Apartment, right in the Isanpur Gam area of Ahmedabad. We have been running this medical shop for quite a while now. It’s a small, local spot near Thakor Vas, and we are pretty much part of the furniture here. The shop is usually filled with the smell of medicines and the sound of the ceiling fan. We keep our shelves packed with whatever the local residents might need for their health. Being in a "gam" area means there is a lot of character and the people are friendly. We see the same faces every week, people coming in for their regular blood pressure tablets or just a bottle of cough syrup. We don't have any big posters or fancy lighting to attract people. It’s just a simple counter and some wooden racks. The apartment building itself is quite recognizable in the neighborhood, so we are easy to spot. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three or four people come in at once, but we just handle them one by one. We aren't interested in being a big chain. We just like having our own little shop where we know everyone’s name. It’s a modest way to make a living, and we enjoy being a part of the daily life here in Isanpur. There’s nothing complicated about how we do things.
