We are over at 858/A in the Kothari Estate, which is on Rakanpura Road in Santej, part of Kalol. If the address sounds a bit long, it is because we are tucked away in a busy industrial pocket. Working with both pharmaceuticals and food additives means we are always on our toes. There is never really a quiet moment at the facility. We start our shifts early to beat the heat and the heaviest traffic. The building is functional and holds everything we need to get through the daily workload. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just regular people who know a lot about additives. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are constantly cleaning. We value being straightforward and getting things right the first time. The staff has a lot of experience and they don't need much supervision anymore. We just get on with it. It’s a lot of manual work and checking paperwork, making sure the labels are right and the bags are sealed properly. We like being in Santej because it is a real hub for this kind of industry. You see the same faces every day and that makes it feel like home. We just keep our heads down and do what is required.
