Usha Electronics Co. Nidhi Electroncis

We are located at E 115 in the GIDC Electronics Estate. This place goes by Usha Electronics Co. or Nidhi Electronics, depending on who you’re talking to. It’s a typical unit in the estate, surrounded by other electronics shops and small factories. Inside, there are workbenches and soldering stations everywhere. It’s usually a bit of a mess with wires and components, but we know where everything is. The GIDC area is pretty organized, which helps when we’re trying to get things shipped out. We spend most of our time at the benches, working on different boards or checking parts. It’s quiet work most of the time, punctuated by the sound of tools. We aren't into big marketing or trying to sound important. We just fix and assemble things as they come in. Some of us have been working here for years and could probably do the work with our eyes closed. The building itself is just a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at. We keep the lights on and the tools ready. It gets a bit hot in the summer because of all the equipment running, but we have some fans that help. It’s a solid place to work and we just focus on getting the electronics right. No big mission, just daily work.
