Shreeji Services

Shreeji Services is based at E 2 in the GIDC Electronics Estate. It’s one of the first units you see when you come into this section. We handle a lot of different service requests throughout the week. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of folders. We don't spend much time sitting down, though. Usually, we’re out dealing with whatever equipment needs attention. The estate is busy, and there’s always someone moving crates or driving a forklift nearby. We’ve been here for quite some time, so we know most of the neighbors. We share a tea break with the guys from the next unit over sometimes. It’s a practical way to work. We don't use a lot of technical jargon; we just explain what’s wrong and how we’re going to fix it. The building gets a bit hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the front windows directly. We just keep the fans on high. It’s a small team, so if someone is out sick, everyone else has to pick up the slack. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a lot of walking and talking and fixing things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking the logbooks to see who is next on the list for a visit.
