Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd.

We are located at E 30 /e 2 in the Gidc Electronics Estate. Even though the name sounds a bit technical, Sahajanand Laser Technology is basically a place where we work with machines and light. The electronics estate is a bit quieter than the heavy industrial areas, which is nice. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and adjusting the laser settings. It's a different kind of work than a traditional machine shop, but it still has its own mess with cables and spare parts scattered around the benches. We don't wear suits here. Most of the staff just wear regular clothes and maybe a lab coat if they're working on something sensitive. The building itself is pretty plain, just a regular GIDC structure. We have a tea break every afternoon where everyone gathers around to talk about anything but work. It keeps the atmosphere friendly. We aren't trying to be some giant global corporation with a glass skyscraper. We are just a group of people in a shed in Gujarat who happen to know a lot about lasers. Sometimes the technology changes fast and we have to learn new things on the fly, but that keeps it interesting. We’ve stayed at this address for years because it suits us. It's a practical place to work, and we just focus on getting the beams aligned and the orders filled correctly without any unnecessary drama.
