Regent Control System Pvt. Ltd. is based at E 83 in the Gidc Electronics Estate. This whole area is full of similar small businesses, so we fit right in with the rest of the workshops. We work on control systems, which might sound complicated, but it is just what we do every day. It involves a lot of wiring and sitting at benches to check circuit boards. We have some decent workbenches and plenty of soldering irons that are almost always hot. The air conditioning in the back room works okay, but the front part of the shop is usually a bit warm during the afternoons. We spend our days looking at schematics and trying to make sure all the components line up right. We are not a giant corporation, just a private limited company with a small, dedicated team. Lunchtime is when we usually sit around and talk about what is happening in the estate or the news. We have been at this specific location for a good while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we would rather spend our time getting the projects finished on time. It is a steady pace of work. No one wears suits or ties here because it just wouldn't make sense for working with hardware. It is just us doing our bit and making sure the systems we build actually work like they should.
