Oum Electromech

We are located at E 47 in the GIDC Electronics Estate. Our unit is mostly filled with workbenches and bins full of small electromechanical parts. We’ve been working out of this space for many years now. It’s a small operation, mostly focused on assembling components for bigger machines. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a secretary to greet people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a circuit board or testing a motor. We use old-fashioned soldering irons and some basic testing gear. The lighting in here isn't the best, but we have some desk lamps that help us see the tiny wires. It’s a quiet kind of work, very different from the noisy workshops on the other side of the estate. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. Most of our work is for the same few clients we’ve had since we started. We just try to make sure everything we put together is solid. Sometimes the parts we get are a bit off, so we have to spend time making them fit. That’s just the nature of the job. We have our tea together in the afternoon and talk about the news. It’s a comfortable routine. We don’t have any big goals to be the biggest company in the estate. We just want to do our work well enough that we don’t have any complaints. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
