Tics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the GIDC Electronics Estate. You can find us at B 76. This area is full of blocks like ours, mostly filled with people working on various tech projects. It’s an industrial vibe, not like those shiny tech parks you see in the movies. We spend most of our time at our workstations. There is a lot of coding, testing, and troubleshooting that goes on here. Sometimes we sit in silence for hours just trying to find a bug in a system. Other times, the office is loud with everyone debating the best way to fix a problem. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is basically what keeps us going. The furniture is a bit mismatched and we have cables running along the floor in some places. We don't really care about how the office looks as long as the computers are working fast. It is a practical place. We deal with a lot of local businesses that need technical help. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense without using too much jargon. The estate is a bit far from the main city, so the commute can be a drag, but we like it here. It is just a group of tech-minded people trying to build things that actually work. We've been at this for a few years and the office has slowly filled up with old hardware and empty boxes.
