Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd.

Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd. is located at Plot No E 30 in the Gidc Electronics Estate over in Sec 26. It is a big area with lots of other companies around, so it can get a bit confusing if you are driving through for the first time. We spend most of our time inside the building dealing with the day-to-day operations. The floors are concrete and the air smells like metal and ozone sometimes. It is not a glamorous place but it is where the work gets done. We have a routine that we follow every morning when we open up. Usually, the first thing we do is check the equipment and see what needs fixing from the day before. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the shop floor. If you come by Sec 26, you will see the sign on Plot No E 30. It has been there for years. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out, which keeps things moving. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It is just a regular place where people come to work. There are no fancy decorations or anything like that. Just the machines and the people who know how to run them.
