Rudra Sign

Rudra Sign sits right in the City Centre Complex over here in Viramgam. We've got shop numbers 19 and 20, which gives us just enough room to keep the machines running and stack the boards we work on. Being near Shaligram Hospital means there is always a bit of traffic on Mandal Road, but we have gotten used to the noise. Most days start with opening up the shutters and dusting off the desks before the first few people stop by to ask about signs. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace with tools and scraps of vinyl laying around the floor. Sometimes the power goes out, or the humidity makes things stick, but that’s just how it is working here. We spend a lot of time looking at fonts and colors on the screen until our eyes get tired. If you walk past the hospital, you’ll see our spot pretty easily. We keep a couple of chairs for people who want to sit while they tell us what they need. There isn't a big front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just us in the back getting things ready for the local shops. We try to keep things organized, but when three orders come in at once, the floor gets a bit messy with offcuts. It’s an honest living and we like being part of the neighborhood. The sun hits the shop front pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fan on high and drink plenty of water.
