Our place, Ronak Circuits Pvt. Ltd., is located at A/67 in the Electronics Estate over in GIDC, Sector-25. Being in an electronics zone means we’re surrounded by a lot of similar businesses, which is actually quite helpful when we need a spare part or some advice. The building has been here for a bit, and it shows some wear on the walls, but it’s solid. We spend most of our time hunched over workbenches or checking boards. It’s quiet work mostly, requiring a lot of focus and steady hands. Sometimes we take a break and sit outside near the entrance just to get some sun. The GIDC area is planned out well, so it’s not as chaotic as the main city, but it still gets busy during the shift changes. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of the people we work with have known us for a long time. It’s just a small group of us here making sure the circuits are right. We deal with a lot of tiny components that are easy to lose if you aren't careful. Cleaning up at the end of the day takes a while because of all the scrap wire and bits. We just keep to our schedule and try to stay organized. It’s not the most exciting work for some, but for us, it’s what we’ve always done. We like the routine of it and the fact that we know our neighbors.
