Rahil Cooltech Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Godown No-17 in Shital Estate. We are right by the railway crossing in Sarkhej, specifically at Survey No -43. It’s a bit of a dusty area with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate all day. We deal with cooling systems and technical stuff, so our space is mostly filled with parts, tools, and heavy units waiting to be worked on. It’s not the kind of place people visit to look around. It’s a working warehouse. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking gauges and fixing things that stopped working. The noise from the trains passing by is something you just get used to after a week or two. It’s a small team here. We mostly drink tea in the small office area when things slow down for a minute. The floor gets quite hot during the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s hard work, and our hands are usually greasy by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for a while now because it’s easy for the transport trucks to find us. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk into the godown and find one of us. We focus on getting the repairs done so the equipment can go back out to the customers. That is what we do every day.
