We are based in Gajraj Society- 2, over in Chandlodiya. It is a regular residential area, and our place at No. 97 is where we handle everything. We deal with health-related items, mostly just managing the logistics and the orders that come through. It is not a big clinic or a hospital, just a small operation. We started here because it was convenient for us. The neighbors know us, and it is a pretty calm spot for the most part. We have a few shelves of stock and a couple of desks for the paperwork. There is always someone here during the day to answer the door or take a delivery. It is nothing too complicated. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can. Sometimes the space feels a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to shift things around. We do not really have a reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you will likely find one of us sorting through boxes or typing on an old laptop. We have been in Chandlodiya for a while now and we like the pace here. It is not like the city center where everything is rushed. We just get our work done and go home. We are just regular people working in the health sector. Nothing more to it than that. We focus on getting the right products to the people who need them without making a fuss about it. The street is usually quiet in the afternoons.
