Patel Brothers

We've been here at the Patel Clinic building on Karnoor Gali for quite some time now. Gandhi Market is always a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is setting up. You can hear the noise from the main road, but our spot is tucked away just enough. It’s a family thing, really. Most days it is just us managing the flow of people coming in and out. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they've seen a lot of history. We don’t really do fancy here. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. Sometimes the tea stall down the lane brings over a tray when it's quiet. People know us by name around here because we’ve sat in these same chairs for years. It's not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place in a crowded market where we handle our business. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the news or talk to the neighbors. Karnoor Gali has changed a lot since we first started, but the way we do things hasn't shifted much. We keep our records in old ledgers and mostly rely on word of mouth. It feels right to be part of the local fabric of Gandhi Market. We aren't trying to change the world, just staying busy and making sure everything runs okay at Patel Brothers.
