Pagarav Hospital started in Sector-23 of Gandhinagar because this part of town needed more medical spots for the people living here. The building at Plot No. 512/1 isn't fancy or anything, but it works fine for what we do every day. Most of the people working here live nearby in the city, so we know the local roads and the families around the block. It gets pretty hot in the summer out here in Gujarat, so we try our best to keep the waiting area cool for whoever walks in. Usually, the mornings start early with people dropping by for checkups before they head off to their own jobs. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team writing things for us. It’s just us doing the medical work. The floors are cleaned twice a day and sometimes three times if it’s raining outside and people track in mud from the street. Most of our day is spent looking at charts or talking to folks about their health. We’ve been at this address for a while now. You’ll see the sign from the road, it’s not hard to spot if you’re looking for it. Sometimes the traffic on the sector roads gets a bit much, but it’s generally a quiet enough spot. We just keep things moving, making sure the rooms are ready and the medicine is stocked up on the shelves. It’s a lot of paperwork and routine.
