Our shop is at Plot No-B/16 in Sector 21, which is part of the Arihant Uper District Shopping Center. We are quite easy to spot because we are near the LIC office, which is a big local landmark that everyone knows. Being in a shopping center means there is always something going on, with people running errands or going to work in the nearby offices. Our space is B/16, and it’s where we keep our collection of gems and jewelry. We aren't a huge store, but we have enough room for a couple of counters where people can sit and look at the pieces. Most of our day is spent cleaning the glass, talking to customers who walk in after their work at the LIC office, and keeping track of the jewelry we have in stock. The shopping center can get a bit loud during the peak hours, especially on weekends when families are out. We’ve got used to the hum of the crowd and the sound of the nearby traffic. It’s a practical location for us because it’s right in the middle of a busy district. We don't use any fancy sales tactics, we just show people what we have and let them decide. Sometimes we do repairs right here at the desk if it’s something simple. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us in Sector 21, and we have been at this plot for a good while now.
