Our shop is Shop No 2 at Pramukh Harmony, which is right across from the DLF area on Dholakuva Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always some construction or something going on nearby. We handle technical and engineering imports, so the shop is often full of boxes with weird-looking parts inside. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be clever about how we stack things so we don't trip over them. Nityakshi Technoengg is basically just us trying to keep up with the demand for these specialized items. We get a lot of people stopping by who are working on the big projects across the street. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the road, and the air conditioner struggles when it’s really hot outside. We don't really have a receptionist or anything; whoever is closest to the door helps the customer. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, answering the phone while trying to find a specific part number in the back. But we’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a practical little shop and we just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. We don't have a website that’s all fancy, we just do our work and hope the customers are satisfied with what they get.
