National Hotels Ltd

Our office for National Hotels Ltd is actually located at House No- 1245, inside Shivam Society in Sector- 27 of Gandhinagar. It is a bit unusual to have a hotel company based out of a residential society house, but it works for us and keeps things feeling more personal and less like a cold corporate building. We have been here in Gujarat for quite some time, and the neighbors all know who we are by now. Inside the house, we have converted the rooms into workspaces where we manage the various aspects of the hotel business. It is usually pretty quiet, save for the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional motorbike passing by on the street outside. We handle everything from here, from talking to suppliers to sorting out the guest records for different locations. There is no big lobby or shiny glass front, just a regular front door and some stairs. We find that being in a house makes the workday feel a little less stressful than being in a high-rise. We drink a lot of tea, talk about the weather, and keep our heads down to get the daily chores finished. It is a simple setup, and we do not see any reason to change it into something more formal. We just like doing our jobs in a place that feels a bit more like home than a standard office cubicle might.
