Munjal Auto Ind Ltd

Munjal Auto Ind Ltd isn't some fancy glass building you’d find in a big city. We are located at Holichakla, out in Bahadarpur, which is part of the Sankheda taluka in Vadodara district. The workshop is where everything happens. It gets pretty hot and dusty out here, especially in the summer months when the sun is beating down on the roof. We spend most of our time on the floor, dealing with machines and auto parts. It's a lot of metal, grease, and hard work. The roads around Bahadarpur aren't the best, so getting supplies in and out can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you’ll just see someone in their work clothes heading to the back. Most of the folks working here are from the nearby villages and have been with us for years. We don't bother with fancy signs or advertisements. The name is on the main gate and that’s enough for the trucks to find us. It’s a loud place once the machines start up in the morning. We just keep our heads down and get the production done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. Vadodara is the nearest big place, but we feel quite far from that world here. We just focus on the daily shifts and getting home to our families.
