Maa Brahmani Masala Gruh Udhyog is tucked away in Shop No-B/76, inside the Akshardham Society. We are located in the Kotarpur Kubernagar area of Sardar Nagar. This isn't a big factory or a cold corporate building. It's a small place where we handle our spices and masalas. We started this as a small home-grown thing and it just grew from there into what it is today. Being in a society like Akshardham means we are part of the community. You can usually smell the spices when we are working, which the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. We do everything ourselves, from sorting to packing. It is a lot of hard work and the days can be long, but we like it. We use the same methods we've always used because they work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most people find out about us by word of mouth or by just walking past the shop. It's a bit of a tight space sometimes with all the bags of raw materials, but we make it work. We are just regular people making masalas for the local kitchens around Sardar Nagar. We hope people like the taste and come back when they run out. It is a simple life and a simple business, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
