We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we’d rather just get the sketches and reports done. The staff here is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know who likes their tea with sugar and who doesn't. Sometimes we have visitors, but usually, it’s just the team working through a pile of documents. There’s no polished lobby or a person in a suit waiting at the door. It’s just a house that we turned into a workspace because it was convenient. We handle the daily grind without making a big deal out of it. It’s honest work in a local setting, and we make sure the lights are off before we head out in the evening.
