Larsen And Toubro

Our office is located at Plot No 344/2 in Sector No 7 A. We are right near the Ch 2 crossing in Gandhinagar, which is a pretty well-known spot for people living around here. Being in Gujarat’s capital, the streets are nice and wide, but it still feels like a quiet place to work. We handle the local side of things for Larsen and Toubro from this building. It’s a straightforward setup with no bells or whistles. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of binders full of technical details. The Ch 2 crossing gets busy in the mornings, but once you’re inside the sector, it’s mostly just the sound of the trees and the birds. We don't have any flashy marketing material on the walls. Mostly just some calendars and maybe a few photos from the various sites. We like it that way because it keeps the focus on the actual work. Our team has been together for a while, so we don't need much instruction. We just know what needs to be done. The summer heat can be a bit much, so we keep the blinds closed most of the afternoon to keep the sun out. It's just a regular office where we do our engineering business. No one here is trying to be fancy or sound corporate. We just talk about the day’s tasks and try to get home on time. It's a decent place to work.
