Larsen & Toubro Limited - Ecc Division - Bangalore Region

Our setup here is in Bellary, specifically on Ananthapur Road in Patel Nagar. We are located right opposite M.G. Automobiles, in House Number 12 on the first floor. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is a good spot for keeping an eye on the road. We are part of the Bangalore region team, even though we are based here in Bellary. The office is pretty functional. We have got desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of project binders. The area is quite commercial, so there is always something going on outside. We mostly spend our time coordinating the site work in the local mining and industrial zones. It is a tough environment with all the heat and dust, but the team here is used to it. We do not have any polished receptionists or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. We focus a lot on the logistics side of things, making sure trucks and materials are moving where they should be. It is a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. We have been in this building for a while now, and the neighbors are all used to us. It is just a practical office for getting the daily construction business handled without too much fuss. We do the work and try to stay out of the midday sun when we can.
