Lanxess Abs Ltd

We are based at 21, Railway Staff College, in the Lal Bag area of Baroda. It is a nice part of Gujarat to be in, with a bit more space and some old trees around the college area. Lanxess Abs Ltd is what the sign says, but inside it’s just a normal office with people doing their jobs. We have been here for a good while, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those sterile offices where everything is white and shiny. We have stacks of files, some old wooden desks, and the usual hum of computers in the background. The work we do is industrial in nature, so there is always something technical to discuss. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door with a smile. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available. The team is quite experienced, and many of us have lived in Baroda for our whole lives. We like it here because it is a bit quieter than the main city center. We don't have any slogans or big corporate goals posted on the walls. We just focus on getting through the day's work and making sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a simple, honest way to run things, and it works for us day after day.
