Khodiyar Sales Corporation

We are right on New Shak Market Road in Kalol, which is usually packed with people looking for vegetables. It gets pretty loud outside with all the vendors and trucks moving through Gandhinagar. Being right opposite the Talav is nice, though, because you get a bit of a breeze coming off the water sometimes. Khodiyar Sales Corporation has been in this spot for some time. We aren’t doing anything revolutionary here. We just stock the items that local folks and businesses need and try to keep things moving. The shop gets a bit dusty with all the traffic on the market road, but we try to sweep it out once a day. Some days are slower than others, especially when it’s really hot out and nobody wants to walk around the market. We spend those times checking our lists and making sure the stock is where it should be. It’s a simple setup. No big marketing team or anything like that, just us and the inventory. Most people know the Talav as a landmark, so finding us isn’t usually a problem for new drivers. We’ve seen the market change a bit over the years, more shops popping up, but the routine stays the same for us. We get here early, open up, and wait for the first delivery to arrive. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes we sit outside and watch the lake for a minute when it's quiet.
