Kesar Pharma is tucked away in Village Bileshwarpura, which is part of the Taluka Kalol area in Gandhinagar district. You have to look for Survey No. 50-P/2 to find our entrance. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always trucks moving around and people in uniforms heading to their stations. We’ve been operating from here for some time, and the building has seen a lot of seasons. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby. Instead, we have desks piled with logs and walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint. The work is mostly about following the steps and making sure the batches are handled correctly. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the quirks of the machines and which lights flicker when it rains. It gets pretty dusty out in this part of Gandhinagar, especially in the summer months. We just stay focused on the daily schedule. There’s no big mystery to what we do; we just make the products and load them onto the transport vehicles. Most days are predictable, which is fine by us.
