Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 101, Part III, in the Gidc Estate of Sector 28. It is a large plot and we have been here for quite a while. The work we do with power transmission is pretty technical, so the office is always full of specialized drawings and heavy folders. Being in Sector 28 means we are surrounded by other industrial units, which suits us fine. There is a lot of movement around the plot, especially when we have deliveries arriving. The staff here is used to the pace. We don't spend money on expensive decor. We would rather have good tools and reliable computers. The building is sturdy and does the job. Most of our days are spent coordinating with teams out in the field. It is a lot of logistics and making sure the parts arrive where they are supposed to. We have a small canteen area where we sit and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It is a friendly enough place, though we are all mostly focused on the tasks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want the power to move where it needs to go without any trouble. It is a steady, predictable kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We just keep at it every day. It’s a busy life in Sector 28.
