Jiya Career Solutions is tucked away in Sector 4/B over at Plot Number 1142/2 in Gandhinagar. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice when you’re trying to think about work stuff. We are a small group here. We mostly spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their jobs. It isn't anything like those big corporate offices you see in movies. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a water cooler that sometimes makes a weird noise. Most of the people who come to see us are just locals looking for a better way to earn a living. We try to listen more than we talk. Finding a career path is tough these days, and we know that. Sometimes a person just needs to know what their options are without a lot of complicated words. We handle the paperwork and the small details that most people find boring. It’s not always exciting, but it feels good when someone actually gets a call back for an interview. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. Usually, the fan is humming and we are just typing away or checking the latest listings. We don't put on any acts here. If you come by, you’ll just find us working through the daily pile of tasks, drinking tea, and trying to keep things organized.
