Inkse Colours & Chemicals

Operating out of Plot No.41 in the Rajendra Nagar Industrial Park is a bit different than being in a regular shop. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and trucks around us. Near Ramol Road, things stay pretty dusty and loud. At Inkse Colours & Chemicals, we deal with a lot of heavy barrels and bags. The air inside often smells like iron or some kind of strong chemical, but we don’t really notice it anymore after working here for so long. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too hot, because the tin roof on the building makes it sweat inside by noon. We spend most of the time loading and unloading or making sure the labels on the containers are correct. It’s a lot of physical work. We have a small corner with a table and a couple of chairs where we take our lunch breaks. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to get out of the sun for a bit. We get a lot of workers from the other units stopping by to chat. Sometimes the delivery schedules get messed up because of the traffic on Ramol Road, so we end up staying late to finish things off. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It is a bit of a rough environment, but the people around here are good folks who work hard.
