We’ve been here at Princess Street for quite a while now. Most people know the area is crowded, and finding P. B. No. 80 isn’t always the easiest thing if you’re new to the neighborhood. It’s an old spot, the kind of place where the walls have seen a lot of faces come and go over the years. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work on whatever is sitting on the desk from the day before. There’s a lot of paper moving around. Sometimes the fans are clicking overhead and the noise from the street is loud enough that you have to yell a bit to be heard. We handle our business the way we always have, without a lot of fuss. People stop by, ask for what they need, and we see if we can get it done for them. It’s not fancy. You won’t find any shiny carpets or glass walls here. Just desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual crew trying to keep things organized. Usually, the mail comes in the afternoon and that's when things get a bit more hectic around the office. We like the location because it’s central, even if the traffic is a nightmare during the rainy season. It feels like home after so many years. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the orders are moving out the door.
