Hetal'S Chocolates

Hetal'S Chocolates is located over at D-31 in the Shri Jay Krishna Society. We are tucked away in Isanpur, which is a nice residential area. It’s not like a big factory or anything like that. We work from a smaller space where we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Most days the whole place smells like cocoa and sugar, which is probably why the neighbors like us so much. We spend a lot of time tempering chocolate and pouring it into different molds. It’s a lot of manual work, especially when we have to wrap each piece by hand. We started this because we liked making sweets for friends and it just grew into a small business. Our kitchen area is always busy, and there are trays of chocolates cooling on every flat surface we can find. We don't have any big delivery trucks, usually we just handle things ourselves or people come by the society to pick up their orders. It can get pretty stressful during the festival seasons when everyone wants boxes at the same time. We sometimes lose track of time when we are busy decorating the tops of the truffles. It’s a simple operation, run by people who just enjoy the process of making something that tastes good. We aren't looking to become a giant company, we just like what we do here in Isanpur and hope people enjoy the sweets we make.
