Our shop, Harikrupa Medical And Provision, is located at 5 Padmavati Society in Ranip. It is a bit different because we are part of a residential society. This makes the vibe very local. We don't just sell medicine; we have provision items too. It’s like a small general store and pharmacy mixed together. This means we see the same neighbors every day. It is a small space, so things can get a bit cramped inside. We have bags of grains next to boxes of medicine sometimes. It might look a little disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't use a computer for everything; we still write things down in books. It is just easier for us that way. Ranip is a nice area to be in. We get to know the families living in Padmavati Society quite well. We know who needs what before they even ask. We don't have any big advertisements or fancy signs outside. Just a simple board with the name. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when everyone comes home from work in the evening. That’s when it gets busy and we are running around to find everything. We’ve been here a long time and the shop hasn't changed much. It is just a part of the neighborhood where people come to get their daily essentials.
