Hare Krishna Medical & Provision Store

We run the Hare Krishna Medical & Provision Store over at Shop No A/7 in Navnirman Society. Being right opposite Kalupur Bank in Isanpur means we see a lot of people going back and forth all day long. It’s a bit of a mix here because we have both the medical side and the provision items for the house. One minute we’re handing over a packet of biscuits or some soap, and the next we’re checking a doctor’s note for someone’s medicine. It keeps the day interesting for us, though it can get a little crowded. The shop stays quite full because we try to keep all the daily essentials in stock for the neighbors. Navnirman Society is a good spot, and being in Isanpur feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We aren't a big chain, just a local shop where we know which milk brand people prefer and what medicines they usually come in for. Sometimes the deliveries arrive a bit late and we have to stack boxes in the corner until we can clear them, but we manage. It’s a bit cramped behind the counter with all the shelves, but we know where everything is kept. People come in while doing their banking across the street, so it’s always a bit of a rush. We just do our best to help everyone find what they need, whether it’s for their kitchen or their health. It is a steady way to spend the day.
