Gujarat Udyog Bhavan Society

We are located at Plot No.926/1 in Sector-13/B here in Gandhinagar. It’s a quiet part of the city, which is nice for getting things done. We are a society that focuses on the Udyog Bhavan area stuff. Most of the people around here are involved in some kind of government or industrial work. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we manage the society affairs. We spend a lot of time talking to the members and dealing with the upkeep of the property. Gandhinagar is laid out in such a organized way, so finding Sector-13/B is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of the grid. We’ve been at this plot for a good number of years. It’s a lot of meetings and keeping track of the local regulations. We don't really do any big marketing or anything; we just exist to serve the needs of the society members. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to stay late to finish it. It’s a regular routine of checking the maintenance and making sure everything is running okay for everyone involved. The trees in this sector are quite nice, they provide some good shade during the hot months. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know how things work. It’s a practical, everyday kind of place. We just try to keep the society running smoothly without much fuss. We've been here long enough that everyone knows where the plot is.
