Gujarat Medical Services Corporation Ltd.- i/c General Manager (lpqc)

This is the office for the Gujarat Medical Services Corporation Ltd. Specifically, it is the section handled by the i/c General Manager (lpqc). You can find us located in Block No 14 of Dr. Jivraj Mehta Bhavan. The office takes up the ground floor and the first floor of the block. Since it is a government building, it has a very specific and functional feel to it. There are many corridors and desks that are often piled with different papers. We handle the logistical side of medical services for the region. This is not a hospital where patients come for treatment or check-ups. Instead, we deal with things like quality control and procurement from these two floors. Dr. Jivraj Mehta Bhavan is a very large complex, so people sometimes get a little lost while they are looking for Block 14. We have been based in this location for a long time. The office is always busy with various administrative tasks and different meetings. There is a lot of coordination needed between all the various departments. We do not have any fancy signs or modern decorations around the office. It is just a functional workspace for all the staff members. The ground floor is usually the busiest with people coming and going. Upstairs on the first floor, it is a bit quieter but there is still plenty of work being done. We are just one small part of the state medical system.
