Our place is located at 249-Anand Nagar in Sector-27, Gandhinagar. Being near the Green Belt makes it a bit quieter than the main industrial areas, which we like. We handle the cement business for Gujarat Amduja Cement from this office. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, the computer for entries, and piles of files that never seem to get smaller. Gandhinagar is a well-planned city, so getting around isn't too hard, even for the larger vehicles. We spend the day talking to suppliers and making sure the local distribution stays on schedule. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just come in, do our work, and head home. The office is small and functional. Sometimes we have a few bags of cement sitting around for display, but mostly it’s an administrative space. We’ve been in this sector for a while now, so the local residents are used to seeing us around. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. People come to us because they know we are here and we’ve been doing this for years. It’s a basic, honest way to earn a living, keeping the supply moving for the local construction projects. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the records clear. There’s usually some tea being made and a lot of talk about the local weather or traffic.
